Avatar Premier Screening For the World Premiere of Avatar held in Leicester Square, Dec 09, as a back drop to the Stars, worlds press & TV crews Presentation Rentals was asked to provide HD Ultra Wide Projection with screen size at 120ft x 11ft. Six Christie 18K HD projectors, Spyder control system with fibre optic signal distribution was used.

Masters Investor 09 Held at The Business Design Centre, Islington, this hugely popular event grows in audience numbers year by year. We supplied complete stage set with 3 x 20k lumen projectors, in addition we supplied 22 Plasma screens for exhibitors, equipped & staffed two separate conference rooms.
Alleyns School March 09 Alleyns School in Dulwich held a Gala Performance to celebrate the opening of the new Michael Croft Theatre, Presentation Rentals was bought in to record and relay the event around the various buildings of the School to the audience of 1000. From the Theatre we used 3 x Sony DSR 570 Cameras, vision mixed & relayed via a mixture of SDi & CAT5 Cable to considerable distances around the school. In the Sports Hall, a 28ft wide projection screen using double stacked 10K Projectors, 12 x 50" Plasmas & D&B Line Array system was used. In the main hall a 10K projector was used on the in house screen. To other areas 65" Plasma screens were used. Presentation Rentals recorded the whole event, edited & produced to DVD.

Premier of "Seven"
Jan 09 Presentation rentals were pleased to be involved with the Premier of "Seven" at the Empire Leicester Sq, there was two projection set ups, one on a 15ft screen above the cinema, for this we provided double stacked Christie HD18K projectors showing showreel and camera feed from Red Carpet.
The second was a 16 ft x 9ft relay screen so crowds could see action from the other side of the square. A large truss structure was assembled and double stacked Panasonic 10K projectors were used to rear project. SDi signal was used throughout.

For a recent private party at Claridges hosted by CH5s Tanya Bryant, Presentation Rentals supplied 16 Plasma screens, 9 were on stage rear, 4 on Truss supports and 61" on flown from front truss and the remainder around room.
Inputs were 2x camera feed, Beta SP, DVD and mixed by MX70, the final results were spectacular.

For a recent conference for Charterhouse at The Grove in Rickmansworth the brief was to supply a subtle set with no equipment or technicions to be seen. The complete side of the Ballroom was draped, speakers and projection
equipment hidden from view and sound, computers & lighting were controlled
out of sight behind a gauze.
Behinds the scenes, 2 x 6500 lumin projector stacked for
backup, 2 computers, graphic switcher and Qube Digital sound rig.
For a recent launch of "B" Magazine at Harvey Nichols a 61" Plasma was incorporated within a set, sound was via 4 way speaker set up with sub and
due to the design of the set the complete package was assembled in 1 hour.
For a PLC Retail company, nine plasmas of different sizes hung on scaff bars front draped with Chroma bank lighting. Picture matrixed using Centrix Event Controller.
For Churchill Insurance in
Dublin, Presentation Rentals supplied Projection,
plasmas, sound, computers, cameras and vision
mixing. Projection was stacked Sanyo XF30 and vision mixing was MX70,
computers were run in parallel for back up.

At Cardiff we recently supplied,stage, lighting, and projection for the award ceremony, the event was hosted by Sian Loyd and to appeal to the young audience the set was dressed in glitzy silver & gold slash curtain.
